Our company is looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize an email marketing automation platform to effectively and efficiently execute email campaigns in Marketo;
  • Serve as an expert on your competition and how to position against them;
  • Partner with various teams (design, content marketing, sales, events, new product development) to develop strategies to drive demand;
  • Build and launch nurture streams and automated drip campaigns that drive leads;
  • Build and manage marketing campaign calendar, deliverables and deadlines;
  • You have extensive digital and content marketing experience and you LOVE producing results;
  • Self-starter and ambitious about growing with a company;
  • Other projects as requested by management;
  • Develop product positioning and messaging for the various buyer personas that differentiates product offering from that of the competition;
  • Manage Account Based Marketing campaigns to targeted accounts;
  • Develop content that will engage and educate targeted segments, drive demand, revenue and meet relevant business goals;
  • Continually analyze and measure campaign performance and modify structure to optimize results, maximize engagement and drive revenue generation;
  • You aren’t comfortable being held accountable;

  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with CRM, ideally Salesforce;
  • Experience marketing in the education, research or technology industries;
  • Experience with Excel (creating pivot tables, vlook up, etc.);
  • Experience using an email marketing automation platform to plan and execute email campaigns, ideally in Marketo;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Knowledge of email marketing and best practices, including developing automated user engagement, retention and lifecycle program;
  • Excellent program management and organization;
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus amongst multiple stakeholders;
  • Experience designing and implementing A/B and multivariate tests;
  • Demonstrated experience building and leading complex, data-driven demand generation email programs;
  • Experience building, growing, and optimizing lead and engagement programs in a B2B company;
  • Experience with digital acquisition channels, marketing automation and SaaS marketing;
  • You have the ability to fail and try again;
  • You are an expert in B2B marketing channels;
  • Bachelor’s degree.
