  • Knowledge of analytics and monitoring tools for successful data analysis;
  • Proven track record of developing agency partners and successfully driving new and direct client business opportunities;
  • Experience working on high profile, custom digital advertising executions;
  • Minimum 5 years experience in advertising sales, marketing, tourism or media;
  • Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus;
  • Be able to write a brief that communicates client objectives and directs the team;
  • Fast-learner and accepting of constructive criticism;
  • Knowledge of branding, positioning and marketing strategy;
  • Experience leading teams to the highest level of customer service and operational efficiency;
  • Capable of coordinating teams involved in digital projects (for example, websites, applications, campaigns, etc.).
