- Knowledge of analytics and monitoring tools for successful data analysis;
- Proven track record of developing agency partners and successfully driving new and direct client business opportunities;
- Experience working on high profile, custom digital advertising executions;
- Minimum 5 years experience in advertising sales, marketing, tourism or media;
- Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus;
- Be able to write a brief that communicates client objectives and directs the team;
- Fast-learner and accepting of constructive criticism;
- Knowledge of branding, positioning and marketing strategy;
- Experience leading teams to the highest level of customer service and operational efficiency;
- Capable of coordinating teams involved in digital projects (for example, websites, applications, campaigns, etc.).
