Our company is looking for a Digital Content Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Adhering to strict deadlines, ensuring that deliverables are published in a timely manner;
  • Providing support for other content creators as needed;
  • Creating content for all network digital platforms to include web, video, social media and others as needed;
  • Maintaining digital style guide to ensure consistency across all channels;
  • Write posts; Capture content for photo, video, vlogging;
  • Establishing and evaluating methods for generating and qualifying leads and improving conversions through content marketing, email, and social;
  • Creating a content calendar to plan and track production, distribution, and optimization, using Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and similar tools;
  • Overseeing marketing activities that span across multiple channels, like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn;
  • Drafting and reviewing communications and marketing programs to deliver targeted messages and analyzing their performance;
  • Monitoring the latest and greatest marketing and industry trends;
  • Developing, executing, and optimizing cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch using Pardot or similar automation systems;
  • Gathering and analyzing metrics to enhance and optimize marketing efforts while creating reports to present to senior management;
  • Communicating clearly and effectively while working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization;
  • Partnering with our Graphic Designer to develop online and print ads, social ads, and graphics;
  • Work with paid media, display, and native ad agencies to monitor paid ad campaigns and provide support content as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and 1+ year experience developing digital web content in a results-oriented and fast-paced environment;
  • Proficiency in JIRA/Atlassian project management software;
  • Experience working in the customer support and/or with localization teams;
  • Experience with reporting platforms such as Google Analytics;
  • Experience managing large amounts of localized, multilingual web content;
  • Passionate about supporting our Snapchatters and advertisers, and understands what makes for a good user experience;
  • Incredibly detailed and organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • HTML/CSS and SEO fundamentals.
