Our company is looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Account optimization;
- Producing meaningful marketing KPI dashboards and delivering cross channel performance reports with actionable insight;
- Defining and implementing measurement strategies that align with client marketing and business objectives;
- Working with a portfolio of clients;
- Managing ad creative;
- Collaborate with digital marketing and web development teams to deliver tangible results for clients;
- Help educate and coach clients on choices, decisions and directions;
- Conduct buyer persona workshops to gain and give insight into the client’s customers;
- Report findings and recommendations to both Digital Marketing Director and directly with clients;
- Propose and implement new ways of creating and distributing content that expands our agency’s reach and causes;
- Develop key messaging for website and online promotional channels;
- Set-up benchmarking to track, report, and analyze KPI’s and initiatives;
- Manage a diverse a growing roster of clients;
- Execute strategic, segmented email marketing campaigns for clients;
- Develop persona profiles and corresponding buyer journeys to create highly customized and targeted content and promotion strategies.
Requirements:
- Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills;

- 2-5 years of applicable marketing experience;
- Technical abilities with experience integrating various tech stacks a plus;
- Deal with pressure and deadlines;
- A working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development;

- Industry certifications that demonstrate core understanding of the tactics needed for the job;
- A deep understanding of proper messaging and best practices, along with a creative spark to develop innovative content that stands out from the noise;
- Some familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments;
- Ability to manage deadlines, tasks, and deliverables;
