Our company is looking for a Digital Media Planner/Buyer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in new business project assignments;
  • Work with account teams to develop digital media strategy briefs;
  • Monitor digital campaigns ensuring all learnings are being optimized;
  • Negotiate and execute media plans, including preparation of media budgets, contract with vendor partners, and supporting creative materials;
  • Maintain industry relationships, participate in webinars, industry events, etc. and stay up to date on trends;
  • Solid background of both awareness and CPA driven campaigns;
  • Work with media planning to create and present media plans including objectives, strategy, tactics, rationale for achieving KPI’s;
  • Train and supervise digital media assistants/coordinators as needed;
  • Work side-by-side with the data analytics team to ensure media plan is guided by client data insight;
  • Learn all phases of the clients’ marketing objectives.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written, verbal, analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment;
  • Expertise in local market and national buying across all digital media channels;
  • Direct Response media experience a plus;
  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 7+ years of progressive experience, preferably in a large media agency environment;
  • Working knowledge of data analytics and media mix modeling a plus;
  • Strong collaboration and cross-functional leadership skills.
