Our company is looking for a Digital Strategist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Enhance websites to optimally perform both for consumer engagement and search engines;
  • Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code;
  • Optimize landing pages, links and keywords;
  • Conduct in-depth research on clients, industry keywords, competitors to identify strongest opportunities;
  • Hold cross-channel teams accountable to provide complete, A+ work, on time and on point;
  • Solve complex problems for clients by understanding their business, its needs and industry and analytic trends;
  • Maintain adherence to internal processes and reporting to ensure that all aspects of campaign management are executed correctly;
  • Provide cross channel leadership and collaboration; own, drive and direct the success of assigned accounts;
  • Act as trusted business advisor and digital strategy expert to internal and external teams;
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management;
  • Utilizes extensive understanding of account base and related industries to help identify trends and patterns within specific verticals;
  • Expand on existing strategies, add new services and research new platforms to create growth;
  • Utilize support roles and resources in order to maximize sales time;
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop integrated online advertising and acquisition campaigns;
  • Train and supervise junior strategists, checking their work, fostering their growth and setting them up for success.

Requirements:

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO;
  • Strong written and verbal skills;
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript development and constraints;
  • Ability to generate unique ideas and think creatively. Analytical and able to provide detailed solutions to complex problems;
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions;
  • Excellent analytical, written, oral, communication, written and presentation skills;
  • Ability to work in a variety of digital media, meet tight deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously and adjust as circumstances change;
  • Knowledge of Facebook business manager, shopify and widely used ESPs;
  • Present and explain Digital Experience Service Agreements and Statements of Work for digital projects or marketing campaigns;
  • Identification of a specific specialty (B2C, B2B, client relations, branding etc) that benefits overall team knowledge and efficacy;
  • 5 to 7 years experience of high digital sales acumen;
  • 3+ years of marketing, eCommerce and/or business ownership experience;
  • Thrive working with a team;
  • 3-4 years working with CRM and CMS systems, especially Action Network, BSD Tools, NGP/EveryAction, and WordPress;
  • Experience driving social media campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other channels.
