Our company is looking for a Director, Business Strategy to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively structure projects, plan execution, and see projects through to completion. Communicate clearly about projects and ensure transparency;
  • Execute projects in a thoughtful and timely manner, with an eye toward generating exceptional results;
  • Act as a negotiator in dealings with external parties;
  • Identify ways to set goals and to measure the results of strategic and operational work;
  • Institute learning mechanisms and feedback systems for projects;
  • Generate, consider, and incorporate different perspectives, particularly those which are creative;
  • Work extensively with colleagues throughout the organization, and foster clear communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • A track record of excellence in structuring ideas, translating them into projects, seeing those projects through to completion, and measuring outcomes;
  • At least five years of experience in strategy-related roles;
  • Eagerness to work with diverse teams;
  • Experience working closely with executive management and creating executive-level communications;
  • Authorization to work in the United States;
  • Experience (and success) in negotiating is a plus.
