Our company is looking for a Director, Human Resources Business Partner to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition strategies and succession plans;
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations;
  • Administer programs, policies, and procedures;
  • Work cross-functionally to identify, assess, and mitigate company risk;
  • Address all employee relations issues and work proactively with managers and team members to create positive solutions;
  • Conduct HR investigations;
  • Facilitate and track required training programs;
  • Develop policies, and provide Human Resources guidance, and interpretation;
  • Shape People Analytics and lead Strategic Workforce Planning efforts;
  • Support change management efforts at the site level and enterprise wide;
  • Work on special projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Working with Global Teams in a Multi-Cultural Environment preferably in the high-tech industry;
  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time to local sites, 20% plane travel to other locations;
  • Strong PC skills and use of various HRIS programs including Workday;
  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree (Specialization in HR Degree is advantage);
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Sound knowledge of Recruitment is a significant advantage;
  • At least 10 years of experience in various HR Functions ; Supporting a global sales organization is required;
  • PHR, SPHR, PHR-ca,SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification;
  • Minimum of 5 years in People Operations or Human Resources in a manager or business partner capacity;
  • Experience with large, geographically dispersed employee populations;
  • Experience of working in a Matrix Organization can be an added advantage;
  • Owning end to end HR projects, programs and processes;
  • Ability to react quickly, adapt to multiple situations and remain calm and collected in difficult situations;
  • Knowledge about local Labor Laws.
