Director, Human Resources Business Partner Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Director, Human Resources Business Partner to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition strategies and succession plans;
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations;
- Administer programs, policies, and procedures;
- Work cross-functionally to identify, assess, and mitigate company risk;
- Address all employee relations issues and work proactively with managers and team members to create positive solutions;
- Conduct HR investigations;
- Facilitate and track required training programs;
- Develop policies, and provide Human Resources guidance, and interpretation;
- Shape People Analytics and lead Strategic Workforce Planning efforts;
- Support change management efforts at the site level and enterprise wide;
- Work on special projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Working with Global Teams in a Multi-Cultural Environment preferably in the high-tech industry;
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Ability to travel 25% of the time to local sites, 20% plane travel to other locations;
- Strong PC skills and use of various HRIS programs including Workday;
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree (Specialization in HR Degree is advantage);
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Sound knowledge of Recruitment is a significant advantage;
- At least 10 years of experience in various HR Functions ; Supporting a global sales organization is required;
- PHR, SPHR, PHR-ca,SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification;
- Minimum of 5 years in People Operations or Human Resources in a manager or business partner capacity;
- Experience with large, geographically dispersed employee populations;
- Experience of working in a Matrix Organization can be an added advantage;
- Owning end to end HR projects, programs and processes;
- Ability to react quickly, adapt to multiple situations and remain calm and collected in difficult situations;
- Knowledge about local Labor Laws.
