Our company is looking for a Director, Marketing Strategy to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a department leader who will protect and defend the organizational and team culture of Care, Focus and Quality;
- Partner on strategic meetings that drive the Marketing agenda (e.g., business reviews, staff meetings, project/initiative coordination);
- Provide thought leadership in key areas across Brand Marketing, and catalyze action against these priorities;
- Contribute project management support and coordination among internal resources to successfully execute high-impact, cross-functional projects;
- Manage cross-functional projects and/or teams to identify, analyze, and develop plans around critical strategic priorities;
- Work closely with and support members of the Global Brand Marketing Leadership team;
- Direct and execute new business opportunities from visioning to concepting to analysis;
- Work independently to design and lead research projects related to market trends, consumer profiles, and competitive intelligence;
- Create go-to-market plans, customer personas, and revenue targets;
- Perform competitive analysis, identify total addressable markets;
- Maintain a broad understanding of product sets and targeted verticals, identifying market gaps and unmet needs;
- Develop trackable tools for lead sources in all channels including sales, digital, partnership and events.
Requirements:
- University degree in Business or related field, advanced degree preferred;
- Proven ability to effectively interact with Senior Executives;
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills;
- Minimum 5 Years strategic planning experience;
- Minimum 5 years tactical marketing experience, preferably B2B;
- Extensive knowledge of marketing automation tools and revenue tracking;
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative culture;
- Experience managing creative and project management processes;
- Minimum 5 years marketing experience;
- Minimum 5 Years strategic planning, marketing or otherwise;
- Product and/or project management experience a plus;
- Experience in competitive landscape research, go to market planning and B2B marketing;
- Professional Appearance;
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and revenue tracking;
- Be modest in nature, recognizing the accomplishments of the team before the individual.
