Our company is looking for a Director of Demand Generation to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Demand Generation strategy by target market (lead acquisition, outbound ABM);
  • Establish and track KPIs and leading indicators as part of these campaigns;
  • Create and manage a budget that meets goals for pipeline growth;
  • Develop trade show and field marketing strategy;
  • Work closely with sales and operations to build the target account list and ideal customer profile using data-driven insights;
  • Lead global demand generation and providing expert guidance to the regions. Manage metrics and operations reports for the CMO;
  • Refine content and messaging to match customer persona and sales stage, driving prospects further down the funnel;
  • Database Marketing – Understand the best ways to segment and leverage this asset to drive more results;
  • Own all Paid and Earned media including SEM and paid Social channels;
  • Building repeatable marketing playbooks and systems that can be measured, constantly iterated and scaled;
  • Leading a team of professionals to successfully develop a comprehensive, full-funnel demand generation strategy;
  • Designing and executing (or overseeing execution of) end-to-end marketing campaigns,
  • Influence the buildout of the martech stack to ensure Workable maximizes its demand generation efforts;
  • Develop and orchestrate sales and marketing plays;
  • Work closely with product marketing on bringing new features and products to market.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years creating and executing on demand generation campaigns that grow pipelines;
  • Thinks out of the box;
  • Selling to wealth management/financial advisors preferred;
  • Extremely proficient in Marketo and Salesforce;
  • Growth mindset with results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating);
  • Expertise with B2B marketing tech stack including Salesforce, marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, A/B testing platforms;
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to assess, prioritize, pivot, and problem-solve across multiple projects;
  • Exceptional written and presentation skills to advocate for campaign needs and champion insights;
  • Experience executing account-based marketing programs in close partnership with sales;
  • Apple gear;
  • Public transit reimbursement, bike storage or parking near the office provided;
  • Pardot (or comparable marketing automation platform) and Salesforce experience;
  • Marketing measurement, campaign experience, experience in B2B Marketing;
  • 5+ years of marketing experience with emphasis on enterprise B2B;
