Our company is looking for a Director of E-commerce to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • E-Commerce Management;
  • Manage E-Commerce Platform Projects successfully within scope, timeline, and budget;
  • SEO;
  • Systems Architecture and planning for integrations;
  • E-Commerce Feature Planning;
  • Collaborate with Design and Marketing teams;
  • Strategy for new features and optimization;
  • Lead engineering team;
  • Able to develop, maintain and measure process improvements pertaining to both the technology and the business environment;
  • Develop new site features for the site based on strategic priorities, industry experience, customer feedback, and marketplace research;
  • Execute against performance targets in addition to tracking and delivering on key operational metrics and effectively managing large budgets;
  • Enable the Company to deliver a great seamless online customer experience;
  • Drive increased adoption of cross-channel attribution solution to accelerate improvements in overall marketing efficiency and customer acquisition;
  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive conversions and new customer acquisition via direct marketing channels, social media and community outreach;
  • Cloud Hosting.

Requirements:

  • Confident, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility, able to use own judgment, take initiative and make day to day decisions;
  • 5-10+ years professional experience managing E-Commerce Websites;
  • Experience working with engineering teams, managing timelines and budget;
  • SEO experience;
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, e-commerce, advertising, or other applicable areas;
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills;
  • A process-improvement driven attitude;
  • Paid Search channel management experience (or close collaboration with Paid Search team);
  • Strong problem solving and analysis experience leveraging data from a number of platforms/tools;
  • Proven track-record of SEO success and troubleshooting with measurable impact – including mobile and video SEO;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field;
  • Experience addressing Marketing Analytics challenges like: attribution, media mix modeling, cross-device reporting;
  • Experience working on an eCommerce website;
  • Remain up to date on all current trends and changes;
  • A willingness and desire to participate in and lead change.
