Our company is looking for a Director of First Impressions to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assists with office supply inventory and ordering;
- Sends periodic client correspondence;
- Greeting clients / prospective clients;
- Assists in data entry to Lone Wolf;
- Assists with closing/opening office;
- Sorting and distributing mail;
- Performs other duties as assigned;
- Schedules showings for clients;
- Processes listings and closings;
- Benefit package to include 100% paid medical;
- Weekend coverage required;
- Handles incoming telephone calls.
Requirements:
- Superior phone skills—friendly and helpful in all interactions on the phone;
- Positive attitude and an extraordinary client service mind set;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel;
- Organizational efficiencies, time management skills and ability to multi-task;
- Ability to type 40 wpm minimum;
- Attendance and punctuality is an essential function;
- Lone Wolf, SkySlope and Showing Time software experience helpful, willing to train;
- A genuine interest in serving and caring for other people;
- Real-Estate knowledge and customer service experience helpful;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Professional Appearance.
