Our company is looking for a Director of Marketing Operations to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring of various reports to insure all necessary compliance requirements are met and maintained;
- Development, maintenance and management of an adequate provider network in assigned geographical area;
- Maintaining relationships and all provider relations activities in assigned geographical area;
- Support of overall Network Team as required to achieve success of Devoted Health;
- Reporting to leadership current status, risks, and potential opportunities in area on a regular basis;
- Working closely with the different departments and departments’ leaders located in our corporate office in Waltham;
- Partnering with sales to support growth in the market;
- Overseeing all aspects of the market operations to ensure service levels to members and providers remain up to Devoted’s standards;
- Negotiating and renegotiating contracts with ALL provider types;

Requirements:
- Proven analytics, or consulting skills, MBA preferred;
- Solid ability to navigate either Google or MS Suite of products;
- Provider servicing experience;
- 10+ years in Managed Care with a successful track contracting and managing providers with risk arrangements;
- Personal drive to continually grow and enhance skills and knowledge;
- Ability to work in a startup, fast paced environment;
- Minimum 7 years of marketing, analytics, marketing operations experience; B2B software experience preferred;
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to think creatively;
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Office, Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe, and knowledge of marketing technologies and BI tools;
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, or related field; MBA desired;
- Excellent planning, execution, time management and project management skills;
- Experience leading a team;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Solid understanding of health plan financials, operations & network management.
