Our company is looking for a Director of Performance Marketing to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Champion requirements for supporting tools to drive scale and enhance advertising operations, as well as for measuring, monitoring, and reporting;
  • Design and manage advertising strategy, program implementation and budgets;
  • Drive quarterly planning, forecasting, and reporting;
  • Optimize tactical implementations by identifying and prioritizing improvement opportunities. Develop and implement corrections of error;
  • Push innovation boundaries to uncover incremental growth opportunities, drive testing, trial and experimentation;
  • Website, Landing Pages & Ecommerce;
  • Paid Sponsorships/Partnerships/Email;
  • SEO (on & offsite);
  • Own full-funnel forecasting and reporting for Lovepop.com and Lovepop’s marketplace business;
  • Work closely with Lovepop’s CMO and Creative Director to develop engaging marketing content and creatives that builds the Lovepop brand;
  • Be creative & scrappy;
  • Come up with a lot of new and unique ideas; be original in brainstorming settings;
  • Optimize and manage performance marketing tech stack, including such tools such as segments, looker, and mixpanel;
  • Develop and evolve creative assets and landing pages with in-house marketing, product, and creative teams;
  • Manage to tightly defined CAC and volume targets, with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting against KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Advertising budget management experience preferred;
  • Demonstrated results in generating strong return on investment;
  • 5 years of experience designing and managing advertising campaigns;
  • Must have strong analytical skills;
  • Affiliate network advertising experience preferred;
  • Biohacking/Quantified self;
  • 5-10 years of deep performance & direct marketing experience;
  • Science & Technology;
  • 12 years of marketing/business management experience;
  • Expert level or deep expertise in excel;
  • Champion of best practices and standard operating procedures;
  • Passion for innovation at the intersection of;
  • An insatiably curious eye toward industry trends and insights, leading teams to continually reach, stretch, experiment & learn;
  • Health/Wellness/Nutrition;
  • Proven track record with B2C/DTC eCommerce brands.
