Our company is looking for a Director of Sales Enablement to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate a corporate-wide learning culture including manager reinforcement, coaching, and leadership;
  • Deliver and enhancing on-boarding and foundational courses;
  • Identify creative adult tools and programs to close identified learning needs and knowledge gaps;
  • Managing all dashboards, reports and analytics with a focus on team performance, pricing, discounting, customer usage, lead generation and SPIFFS;
  • Improving sales forecast reporting and analytics;
  • Supporting deal close, ensuring clean paperwork and negotiation guidance;
  • Partnering closely with finance on compensation forecasting and reporting;
  • Driving go-to-market strategies and analyzing their effectiveness;
  • Building some level of sales enablement programs, onboarding, competitive, market etc;
  • Develop and implement the strategy for enablement programs ensuring that sales enablement KPIs are clearly defined, tracked and reported;
  • Roll out sales process & methodology to new and existing team members;
  • Develop and manage a rolling 12-month sales enablement roadmap;
  • Monitor and report on training effectiveness, identifying potential issues and recommending resolution strategies;
  • Maintain portfolio of enablement programs including sales playbooks, webinars, guide-books, internal workflows and static content;
  • Increasing sales productivity.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a highly matrixed environment;
  • Results-oriented decision making with a commitment to excellence;
  • Hands-on manager with solid detail to attention;
  • Knowledge of sales enablement tools (i.e. SFDC, LMS and CMS) as well as creative learning methods;
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills;
  • Ability to command a room; strong presentation skills;
  • Strong sense of urgency and personal accountability;
  • In-depth experience conducting sales communication and enablement vehicles;
  • Proven track record in a sales supporting function (operations, enablement, communications);
  • 3-5 years of translating product and stakeholder needs into effective sales/marketing collateral;
  • Willing to take feedback, learn and grow; an ethos of continuous self-improvement;
  • Comprehensive understanding of Morning Consult’s market and buyers; Industry specific knowledge;
  • Salesforce CRM experience is a plus;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • BA/BS or equivalent.
