Requirements:
- Experienced in social media advertising including Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter;
- 5+ years of integrated media planning experience;
- Skilled in campaign optimization and showing positive ROI to achieve business objectives;
- Skilled with keyword research and connecting it to client business objectives;
- Ability to create and execute a holistic channel approach to planning;
- Track record of handling big client ambitions;
- Advanced knowledge of media fundamentals and an ability to educate at all levels;
- Graduation from a four-year college or university;
- Proven leadership ability and experience managing a team. A strong desire and ability to grow and develop talent;
- Strong comfort level with data, analytics and measurement;
- Experience collaborating with media owners, agency business units and creative agency partners;
- Well-versed in Google Analytics, able to pull out key insights and put them into action;
- Understanding of both Brand and Performance marketin;
- Comfortable working one on one with clients, including in-person presentations and weekly performance check-ins;
- CPG experience a plus.
