Requirements:

  • Experienced in social media advertising including Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter;
  • 5+ years of integrated media planning experience;
  • Skilled in campaign optimization and showing positive ROI to achieve business objectives;
  • Skilled with keyword research and connecting it to client business objectives;
  • Ability to create and execute a holistic channel approach to planning;
  • Track record of handling big client ambitions;
  • Advanced knowledge of media fundamentals and an ability to educate at all levels;
  • Graduation from a four-year college or university;
  • Proven leadership ability and experience managing a team. A strong desire and ability to grow and develop talent;
  • Strong comfort level with data, analytics and measurement;
  • Experience collaborating with media owners, agency business units and creative agency partners;
  • Well-versed in Google Analytics, able to pull out key insights and put them into action;
  • Understanding of both Brand and Performance marketin;
  • Comfortable working one on one with clients, including in-person presentations and weekly performance check-ins;
  • CPG experience a plus.
