Our company is looking for a Director, Production Finance to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiating and facilitating communications between stakeholders, acting as a primary point of contact for defined groups;
  • Understanding of business process from Rights through Production, the systems that support those processes, and the master data management;
  • Build relationship as a trusted business partner with key business executives and be focal point for delivery of IT services;
  • Identify and acquire new IT services for the business and own documentation of such for the IT Service Catalog;
  • Manages the production funding processes on Episodic/Long-form projects from end to end;
  • Establish and monitor the service levels as developed and agreed in association with ADM Service Delivery Managers and Sr. Application Leads;
  • Standardization opportunities between MPG & SPT, financial compliance (SOX & SAP);
  • Work with VP, Production Finance to source and hire location production accounting teams for Disney+ projects;
  • Establish and maintain a Production Finance program and act as a delivery manager.

Requirements:

  • Ability to prioritize work and be very detail oriented;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Diplomacy, discretion, confidentiality, versatility and reliability are critical;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required;
  • SAP knowledge/skills a plus;
  • Must be willing to immediately relocate to San Francisco Bay Area;
  • Must be flexible and have the ability to work well as part of a team;
  • Five plus years of experience in Television and/or Feature Film production accounting desired;
  • Demonstrated organizational skills;
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with all levels of personnel;
