Responsibilities:

  • Exercise rooftop & ladder safety precautions;
  • Monitor and pursue all projects to ensure closure of orders – revise quotations as necessary to secure order;
  • Follow jobsite safety standards as prescribed by contractor or building owner;
  • Interface with customers and other company personnel to determine proper equipment for application;

Requirements:

  • Must possess persuasive communications skills, a fortitude to sell and compete in wireless industry;
  • Experience in selling and applying equipment within the Plastics Industry;
  • Set up new sales representatives, distributors, and accounts;
  • Willing to learn and be able to expand extensive knowledge about Russell Cellular and Verizon Wireless products and services;
  • General office skills;
  • An inner drive to excel;
  • 5 years of experience in technical sales of capital equipment;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel /PowerPoint) and comparable Customer Relationship Management software;
  • 1 Years Management Experience, Multi-unit Preferred;
  • Experience in hiring and training employees;
