Email Marketing Coordinator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Email Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Email Marketing Manager in preparing creative requests, leveraging email best practices and insights;
- Ongoing maintenance of each campaign including email builds (basic editing of HTML), QA/testing, scheduling, and basic reporting;
- Develop and maintain master documents such as a promotions calendar, cross-channel campaign schedule, lifecycle messaging, etc;
- Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing team and broader Marketing department to develop, support and execute marketing plans;
- Assist the marketing team in the creative process by giving timely feedback and ensuring requirements are upheld;
- Build and maintain emails in HTML templates;
- Set up and administrate numerous comprehensive email campaigns daily;
- Ability to communicate and instill company culture throughout the organization;
- Consult with marketing associate on specific campaigns;
- Ability to manage strategic projects as assigned by the manager, client, and company;
- Ability to communicate and develop working relationships among all disciplines and across all levels of the company;
- The willingness to respect and value customer and MREIS employee diverse cultures;

- Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates;
- Ability to handle multiple activities and set priorities for assigned responsibilities that impact the business regionally and nationally.
Requirements:
- Ability to be a creative problem solver;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Familiarity with email best practice is a plus;
- A basic understanding of HTML, HTML editor tools and templates to build campaigns;
- Proactive information-seeking and solution-oriented approach;
- 1+ year of experience in marketing, experience working with creative teams is a plus;
- Exhibit curiosity and be strongly self motivated to better understand new technology, new products, the Home Chef customer, and competitive trends;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, while maintaining strong attention to detail;
- HS Diploma and College degree in related fields of study and/or 1 + years of equivalent, relevant work experience;
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team;
- Willingness to dive into team efforts when required.
