Our company is looking for a Enterprise Account Director to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate pipeline: prospect, develop and close potential clients to meet sales targets;
  • Onboard assigned new members that proactively reach out to the Member Service Center. Focus on retaining and expanding these new accounts;
  • Manage business: maintain customer satisfaction through implementation and account management. recognize and execute on up-sell opportunities;
  • Networks within local geography, account, or industry focus;
  • Close deals: guide clients through the purchasing process, ending with a signed contract;
  • Manage a list of key named accounts;
  • Establish relationships and become their trusted partner on cryptocurrency;
  • Work together with BitPay implementation, legal, marketing and compliance teams to help the customer go live;
  • Manage the full sales cycle from start to finish;
  • Become the crypto expert for the payments industry;
  • Build strong relationships with various executive stakeholders from payments, finance, compliance, and C-Suite.

Requirements:

  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously;
  • 5-8+ years of experience and a proven track record of success with enterprise SaaS sales;
  • Valid driver’s license required;
  • Excellent networking, relationship building, communication, presentation, and persuasion skills;

  • Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree preferred;
