Our company is looking for a Enterprise Account Director to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate pipeline: prospect, develop and close potential clients to meet sales targets;
- Onboard assigned new members that proactively reach out to the Member Service Center. Focus on retaining and expanding these new accounts;
- Manage business: maintain customer satisfaction through implementation and account management. recognize and execute on up-sell opportunities;
- Networks within local geography, account, or industry focus;
- Close deals: guide clients through the purchasing process, ending with a signed contract;
- Manage a list of key named accounts;
- Establish relationships and become their trusted partner on cryptocurrency;
- Work together with BitPay implementation, legal, marketing and compliance teams to help the customer go live;
- Manage the full sales cycle from start to finish;
- Become the crypto expert for the payments industry;
- Build strong relationships with various executive stakeholders from payments, finance, compliance, and C-Suite.
Requirements:
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously;
- 5-8+ years of experience and a proven track record of success with enterprise SaaS sales;
- Valid driver’s license required;
- Excellent networking, relationship building, communication, presentation, and persuasion skills;
