Our company is looking for a Enterprise Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Continually learn and develop knowledge of new technologies and selling points including enhancing expertise in the company’s products and solutions;
  • Motivate all staff to share pertinent information about the market to facilitate the ease of recording, retrieval and use of information;
  • Understand the market in which the company operates and how the company’s products and services are used within that market;
  • Maintain contact with existing and potential customers to promote sales and deliver detailed account plans;
  • Respond to sales requirements from existing and potential customers;
  • Identify and make contact with potential customers;
  • Identify new markets, both geographical and by industry sector, for company products;
  • Deliver presentations of products at customer sites, via Webex and at conferences and exhibitions;
  • Provide feedback from business community and potential customers to enhance product performance and service delivery;
  • Champion and advocate for Enterprise customer requirements within Confluent;
  • Meet/exceed quarterly renewal targets by proactively managing renewal portfolio and customer retention activities as a member of a sales team;
  • Submit accurate and timely renewal sales forecasts through Salesforce.com ;
  • Demonstrate advancement of customer relationships;
  • Own the Subscription Enterprise Customer portfolio at Triplebyte;
  • Utilizes HPE tools and processes for customer advocacy. Leverages the existing tools.

Requirements:

  • Creation and execution of quarterly and annual business plans;
  • History of accurate forecasting and business reporting;
  • Ability to multi-task across a high number of accounts at any given time;
  • Experience in tracking sales activities, customer data, and customer status;
  • Ability to command a room – public speaking experience a plus;
  • Operational Excellence: Able to show predictability and operational excellence both internally and externally;
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative mindset;
  • Works with mid-level decision-makers in the customer organization;
  • Experience selling complex technologies and into CXOs at Fortune 500 companies;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Build confidence and trust with your clients;
  • Knowledge about computer applications and relevant software preferred;
  • Learn and know the solutions, functionality, and purpose to be able to support customer questions;
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities to develop a broader engagement with the customers;
  • Prepare and lead business reviews, closely aligning our activities with our customer’s business strategy.
