Our company is looking for a Enterprise Sales Account Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute sales campaigns in your territory to create demand;
- Maintain and track all details of the sales cycle in Zinc’s systems;
- Forecast accurately;
- Prospecting, building pipeline and selling Zinc’s platform to enterprise clients;
- Sell wide in an organization – Zinc’s value proposition is exponential across business units;
- Communicate sales learnings and insights across the company;
- Provide pro-active, trusted thought leadership to target accounts, maintaining relationships that fuel upsell opportunities;
- Engage with C-level prospects to understand their challenges and effectively position Zinc’s value proposition;
- Achieve sales quota;
- Utilizing value based selling to develop the right opportunities in the right accounts.
Requirements:
- Strong team player who understands the need for collaboration in a startup; willingness to help build the playbook, not just execute it;
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university;
- Strong command of value based selling;
- Startup experience a plus, or a willingness to wear multiple hats in an less structured environment;
- Ability to travel;

- Curiosity: We ask a lot of questions and relentlessly improve our own expertise;
- Proven track record of succeeding on a goals-driven sales team;
- Sales 2.0 skill-set: use of Salesforce, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, Zoom and similar tools;
- Start-up sales experience or Start-Up attitude preferred;
- 4-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS or cloud software sales, with a track record of successfully managing and closing enterprise deals;
- Demonstrable track record of success with $1M + quota and $100K+ deal size;
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems;
- Experience selling to Chief Security Officers (CSO) and/or Legal, HR teams a plus;
- Outstanding communication skills.
