Our company is looking for a Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team.


  • Performs other related duties as assigned;
  • Uses available data and metrics to make educated decisions and uncover potential missed opportunities;
  • Uncovering and developing senior C-level executive relationships within assigned accounts;
  • Creating proposals with a clear value statement, deal economics, and customer benefits while coordinating with PCM to price and shape sales proposals;
  • Collaborating with the Solutions Architect and Product Specialists for technical value proposition and approved architectures and designs;
  • Participation in industry trade shows;
  • Generating 20-30 direct customer meetings and workshops (2nd meetings) per month through different sources;
  • Documenting plans, activities and opportunities accurately in the CRM system;
  • Forecasting and delivering against substantial revenue targets and achieve the assigned sales volume;
  • Follow-up and follow-through with prospective clients in a timely manner;
  • Respond to customer issues and manage escalations of critical deliverables;
  • Achieve annual sales order intake quota and targets;
  • Keep relevant information up-to-date on salesforce.com;
  • Provide accurate product information and solutions based upon prospect use cases;
  • Schedule meetings between the qualified prospects and an Account Executive.


  • Experience building out a territory and creating new business opportunities;
  • Ability to communicate with customers in a clear, memorable, and inspirational way;
  • Highly collaborative, team player, positive attitude;
  • Highly strategic, interpersonal and analytical in nature;
  • 5+ years of sales management in enterprise software;
  • Previous success with complex sales involving multiple decision makers and sales cycles of 8 to 14 months;
  • Tenacity, wit and energy to get in front of prime targets and build relationships with new and existing clients;
  • Confident and professional phone presence;
  • Experience with a CRM platform is preferred, but not required;
  • Experience interacting at the C-level;
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience;
  • Proven track record of success in net-new sales over a sustained period;
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or equivalent training in business or sales management;
  • Deep understanding of healthcare IT Industry and knowledge of competitive and relevant market data;
  • 7 or more years of experience in a healthcare software sales environment.
