Event Production Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Event Production Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Track the project budget for reconciliation and accounting;
- Work closely with Finance and Legal teams on executed contracts;
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings;
- Drive the project scheduling and ensure schedules are kept up to date;
- Create, monitor and manage the project schedule and deliverable;
- Attend operation meetings and report on project status;
- Oversee the accounting of the vendor and external contracts;
- Establish and maintain working relationships with, Client, Vendors and Independent Contractors, including invoicing, scheduling and deliverables;
- Track spending through project accounting and budget tracking system;
- Liaise cross-departmental deadlines and deliverables;
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable;
- Oversee and track all project procurement;
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project;
- Manage the client in regards to scheduling meetings and communicating deliverables.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail and multi-tasking;
- A positive can-do attitude that is solutions orientated;
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing and coordinating complex projects;
- Proficiency in HotBudget, Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, Gantt, and Trello;
- Experience with large scale projects spanning as many disciplines as possible;
- Experience creating, administering and updating financial and legal documents.
