Our company is looking for a F&I (Finance & Insurance) Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position;
  • Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals;
  • Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts;
  • Accurately audit team deals Post-Sale and deeply analyze for improvements;
  • Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines;
  • Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability;
  • Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts;

  • Fully proficient with title laws and registration process;

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures;
  • Valid driver’s license;
  • Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills;
  • Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability;
  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience;
  • Professional personal appearance & excellent communication skills;
  • Professional Appearance;
  • 3-5 years of working knowledge in Finance and Insurance products;
  • Expected hours of operation 8:00-6:00;
  • Menu presentation and selling skills;
  • Dealer Track experience a plus;
  • Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred;
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule;
  • Eagerness to improve and grow professionally.
