Requirements:

  • Proficient with computers and retail POS systems;
  • Personal love of fashion, sustainability, and retail;
  • 2+ years of retail management preferred;
  • Proactive, collaborative, organized, curious, problem solver;
  • Excellent communicator;
  • 2+ years of sales and clienteling;
  • Strong independent work ethic, excellent time management skills, and high level of integrity;
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Prior experience working in a luxury environment;
  • Prior experience in a retail/boutique store dealing with high-end goods, and clientele oriented sales;
  • Experience selling luxury product in a retail or boutique setting;
  • Prior experience working in a luxury and furniture environment;
  • Must be skilled in active clienteling and exceptional client service.
