Requirements:
- Proficient with computers and retail POS systems;
- Personal love of fashion, sustainability, and retail;
- 2+ years of retail management preferred;
- Proactive, collaborative, organized, curious, problem solver;
- Excellent communicator;
- 2+ years of sales and clienteling;
- Strong independent work ethic, excellent time management skills, and high level of integrity;
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Prior experience working in a luxury environment;
- Prior experience in a retail/boutique store dealing with high-end goods, and clientele oriented sales;
- Experience selling luxury product in a retail or boutique setting;
- Prior experience working in a luxury and furniture environment;
- Must be skilled in active clienteling and exceptional client service.
