Responsibilities:
- Achieve forecasted goals and objectives for dealership and OEM sales, gross, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis;
- Guarantee delivery includes an introduction to the service department and scheduling of the first service appointment;
- Establish delivery procedures and monitor performance and execution;
- Hire, motivate, and monitor the performance of New and Used team, Internet Sales, Finance Managers and Service Drive Sales;
- Ensure high Customer Satisfaction scores and analyze these metrics to isolate areas for improvement;
- Performing front-line customer service;
- Maintain excellent customer service standards;
- Maintaining property and equipment;
- Some experience in Used Vehicle purchasing, merchandising and marketing;
- Expertise in supervising the everyday efforts of desk managers and improving F/I income through mentorship and training;
- Strong background in building showroom and internet traffic, SEO and SEM, direct mail and other traditional media;
- Assist team members in determining guest needs, vehicle options, and completing transactions;
- Ensure proper utilization of the CRM system throughout the department;
- Actively manage new and pre-owned vehicle inventories;
- Assist in the development of advertising campaigns and other promotions.
Requirements:
- Strong background in building showroom and internet traffic, SEO and SEM, direct mail and other traditional media;
- List of 5 references (3 must be professional references);
- Some experience in Used Vehicle purchasing, merchandising and marketing;
- Expertise in supervising the everyday efforts of desk managers and improving F/I income through mentorship and training;
- Technologically savvy;
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA and must be able to pass pre-employment requirements including drug test and background screen;
- Career driven mindset Minimum of 5 years automobile sales experience;
- Must have at least 3-5 years of successful experience in automotive sales or equivalent sales industry;
- Ability to lead, motivate, and help sellers in closing business;

- Previous experience in communicating with dealership principles, owners, and managers;
