Responsibilities:

  • Achieve forecasted goals and objectives for dealership and OEM sales, gross, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis;
  • Guarantee delivery includes an introduction to the service department and scheduling of the first service appointment;
  • Establish delivery procedures and monitor performance and execution;
  • Hire, motivate, and monitor the performance of New and Used team, Internet Sales, Finance Managers and Service Drive Sales;

  • Performing front-line customer service;
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards;
  • Maintaining property and equipment;
  • Some experience in Used Vehicle purchasing, merchandising and marketing;
  • Expertise in supervising the everyday efforts of desk managers and improving F/I income through mentorship and training;
  • Strong background in building showroom and internet traffic, SEO and SEM, direct mail and other traditional media;
  • Assist team members in determining guest needs, vehicle options, and completing transactions;
  • Ensure proper utilization of the CRM system throughout the department;
  • Actively manage new and pre-owned vehicle inventories;
  • Assist in the development of advertising campaigns and other promotions.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in building showroom and internet traffic, SEO and SEM, direct mail and other traditional media;
  • List of 5 references (3 must be professional references);
  • Some experience in Used Vehicle purchasing, merchandising and marketing;
  • Expertise in supervising the everyday efforts of desk managers and improving F/I income through mentorship and training;
  • Technologically savvy;
  • All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA and must be able to pass pre-employment requirements including drug test and background screen;
  • Career driven mindset Minimum of 5 years automobile sales experience;
  • Must have at least 3-5 years of successful experience in automotive sales or equivalent sales industry;
