Our company is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contribute to team meetings, team initiatives, and knowledge sharing;
  • Identify providers that can meet our KPIs;
  • Support and mentor team members with their training and development;
  • Creating and monitoring performance campaigns (KPIs, bid strategies, targeting, budget);
  • Build strategic optimization and testing frameworks to deliver outstanding results;
  • Working closely with internal departments, external agencies, and technology partners;
  • Work with marketing, sales and product teams to understand our market and buyer personas, refine messaging and campaign offers;
  • Analyze data and build plans to implement strategies to acquire users more effectively;
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to align on SQLs, SLAs, account targets, develop joint communication tactics leveraging email, video, etc;
  • Experimentation (A/B or multivariate testing);
  • Daily performance tracking and campaign optimizations;
  • Own ASO to maximize conversion rate and ranking for high value keywords;
  • Synergistically partner with cross-functional departments (product & content) to share insights;
  • Stay current with market conditions and changes to advertising landscape that could effect strategy and campaign performance;
  • Establish lead to revenue targets, track and report progress against them. Monitor and refine lead scoring.

Requirements:

  • 5 years marketing management experience;
  • Ability to work individually but also closely with direct team members;
  • Flexible and responsive. You can stay light on your feet and can switch gears with ease;
  • Ability to develop & learn new processes;
  • 3+ years of experience in growth and/or product marketing for consumer technology companies;
  • Excellent creative, design and copywriting skills with the ability to align messaging to user segment and channel;
  • Confident with talking about performance and how it works within the wider media mix;
  • Passionate about lead generation, marketing automation and working with sales;
  • Excels at project management. Self-starter who can work independently and proactively to resolve issues, take ownership of projects and processes;
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment;
  • A comprehensive understanding of Google Ads would be a gain;
  • Willing to learn around wide ad platforms and how to trade and use platforms to deliver objectives;
  • Results oriented and enjoys a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent communication skills over email, verbally and face to face;
  • You should know the ins and outs of Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat advertising, and have successfully held this, or a similar role, in the past.
