Our company is looking for a Head of Brand Marketing to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize campaign planning and branded events, including short and long term content strategies across channels;
  • Establish brand partnerships and drive partnership projects from concept to execution;
  • Build luxury brand elevation through furthering the “mythology” of SENREVE;
  • Recruit, hire and develop a team of brand marketers;
  • Work with influencers and celebrities to create content that will strengthen our social media and community presence;
  • Conduct market research to create content and messaging that increase brand awareness and differentiates SENREVE in the market;
  • Lead ideation through execution for all brand marketing initiatives;
  • Drive sales and rapid growth through brand elevating marketing initiatives;
  • Manage freelance and creative agencies as needed;
  • Lead social media strategy, content pillars, and our overall social playbook; oversee social media execution and content creation;
  • Help set and enforce the tone + standards for our brand voice and copy across all channels.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience leading and managing a team is a plus;
  • Self-motivated and will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires an ability to learn and adapt quickly;
  • Possess a growth mindset and will foster a test-and-learn approach across the marketing team;
  • Strong ability to translate product, trend and merchandising details into unique marketing narratives;
  • Highly strategic, creative and results-oriented with a proven track record in campaign development and brand storytelling;
  • Proven ability to develop a high-caliber team of Brand Marketers who are motivated to achieve their best;
  • BA/BS from a leading institution preferred;
  • Strong people and process manager. Experience managing a team of content creators and managing cross-team to execute campaigns;
  • Strong understanding of digital and social platforms, as well as their use within marketing;
  • Strong creative personally in messaging and eye for visual design;
  • Ability to use data to create frameworks for fast, user-driven decision making;
  • Experience in venture-backed growth stage startups preferred;
  • Exceptional writing skills that demonstrate the ability to create campaign content that attracts, retains and grows an audience;
  • Prior experience in a communications capacity;
