Our company is looking for a Head of Marketing to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Set, monitor, and report on progress towards goals for Company’s marketing efforts;
  • Design a marketing budget and manage to allocated quarterly spend;
  • Manage PR/Analyst Relations;
  • Build and execute a full year marketing plan across all channels;
  • Hire and lead marketing team;
  • Be a thought leader on new ways to engage with large companies and establish Company as a key behavioral change partner;
  • Prepare weekly metrics reports;
  • Work closely with leaders in Sales, Growth, and Product/Engineering to ensure our marketing strategy supports and accelerates Talkable’s growth;
  • Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently;
  • Managing the associated internal teams including product marketing, content, PR, media solutions as well as external agencies;
  • Healthcare: United Healthcare – Oxford Plan up to 75% company contribution;
  • Pregnancy Leave: 8 weeks full pay following the birth of the child;

  • Work closely with Design/Product team to influence merchandising roadmap with growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and management experience;
  • Experience working at Series A and/or Series B startups;
  • 3+ of those years focused on Account-Based Marketing (ABM);
  • 10+ years professional marketing experience;
  • Very nice to have: Experience marketing to Finance Industry & Stakeholders with an understanding of the pain we solve;
  • Strong analytical, planning, forecasting and budgeting/financial skills;
  • Have professional (and ideally some finance) acumen to understand the voice of CFOs;
  • A natural ability to collaborate well with others across the organization and thrive in a fast-paced and highly-fluid environment;
  • Nice to have: Strong public speaker, and must be able to help the team get out there with crisp presentations;
  • You have experience building strong internal marketing teams and outside vendor relationships;
  • Customer-oriented approach with experience building integrated marketing programs;
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment while having a high degree of accountability and autonomy;
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing channels;
  • Independent, proactive, driven; understands how to drive end-business value via tactical execution;
  • 7+ Years of Enterprise SaaS Marketing experience.
