Our company is looking for a Head of Operations to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive effectiveness and efficiency through instilling a metrics-driven culture to empower Binti to achieve profitability on its first two products;
  • Lead: manage an existing team of operational personnel, and scale the team over time;
  • HR: oversee pay/equity offers & benchmarking, own the onboarding/offboarding process, oversee team events & incentive programs;
  • Special projects: work with the CEO and department heads on strategy & implementation;
  • Introduce processes that will enable Binti to scale from our current team of 37 to 100+ in the coming two years;
  • Back-end systems: own the implementation & integration of back-end systems across functional areas, e.g. CRM, ERP, PLM, ATS, e-commerce;
  • Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks;
  • Develop and execute strategy for manufacturing process and partners;
  • Devise and implement QC processes at critical points in the manufacturing process;
  • Introduce processes that will enable Binti to scale from our current team of 38 to 100+ in the coming two years;
  • Manage production, supply chain, quality and manufacturing groups;
  • Develop and hold stakeholders accountable to a project plan and timeline;
  • Advise on unit production volumes. Collaborate with Sales function to forecast demand.

Requirements:

  • Track record of breaking through walls on your way to success;
  • Experience leading and managing large teams, including managing managers;
  • Strong product management /user research skills and experience are preferred;
  • Incredibly strong at developing processes and metrics to improve effectiveness and efficiency;
  • Comfort with uncertainty and change that comes in a high-growth environment;
  • Communicative: Excellent oral/written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills to effectively work with all levels within the organization;
  • Process-Oriented: You have a drive for solving problems, building efficient processes, infrastructure and tools to scale a team;
