Our company is looking for a Hospitality Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the financial, operational, safety, and service success at their hotel(s);
  • Additional duties as assigned;
  • Manages department members that may include, but is not limited to: Event Bartenders, Event Captains and Event Servers;
  • Reviews all Banquet Event Orders on a daily basis to determine staffing levels, location set-up, related supplies and decorating materials;
  • Maintains and improves on an ongoing basis the presentation of all events at the facility;
  • Ensures events are set up on time, the quality of the product and level of service delivered;
  • Monitors business volume forecast and plans accordingly in areas of manpower, productivity, costs and other expenses;
  • Monitors overall event areas for cleanliness and any maintenance issues. Works with facilities team on any areas in need of attention.

  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness;
  • Capable of handling employee conflict, following grievance procedures, mediating and conflict resolution;

  • Excellent teambuilding and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to mitigate and lead others to overcome challenges (Never Ever Give Up Attitude);
  • Strong customer service skills and abilities;
  • Knowledge of software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and POS system Must be able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays;
  • Driver’s License may be required. Alcohol Service Training, Food safety and applicable sanitation training.
