Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively to all other departments including housekeeping, food and beverage, etc;
- Continuously improve the daily performance of the shipboard team and hotel department;
- Oversee hotel departments to ensure an optimal level of service and hospitality are provided to guests;
- Attend and network at various community, industry and civic events;
- Optimize RevPar by analyzing market demand and establish proactive selling and yield;
- Oversee and participate in all aspects of the Front Office, Guest Service and Housekeeping;
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality, accommodating special;
- Coordinate all room blocks and special events for large groups;

- Drive the hotel culture to e in line with corporate and brand standards;

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or hospitality management;
- Full-service hotel background only;
- 2-5 years in a hotel general manager role;
- Experience and knowledge in Rooms division;
- Be operationally and technically savvy;
- Luxury hotel experience;
- A proven track record for developing team members;
- Exceptional leadership and communication;
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding budgets and timelines;
- Proven track record of building a cohesive team and facilitating goal accomplishment;
- Give our guests the most incredible stay they could have, living our vision;
- Excellent leadership skills;
- Proven track record in delivering financial results;
- CHA certification a plus;
- Interact with the rest of the hotel for smooth communication.
