Our company is looking for a Information Technology, Business & Operations to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct vulnerability and compliance assessments against systems and networks to determine risk posture;
  • Work will be performed during normal business hours with scheduled on-call support after normal business hours;
  • Perform vulnerability assessments and security audits to meet NIST standards;
  • Value added participation and collaboration in kick-off reviews, technical and program reviews;
  • May prepare bid packages;
  • Provide leadership, guidance and oversight to the Mission Assurance team(s);
  • Responsible for all management aspects, including profit and loss, of the Customer Support Services;
  • Work closely with suppliers to focus on continual improvement and resolve quality issues on site;
  • Resolution of all material related problems encountered on the program;
  • Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical maintenance operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies;
  • Must be capable of acquiring the skill to recover and recycle refrigerant in accordance with federal regulations;
  • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field;
  • Make recommendations for future upgrades;
  • Inform software and system personnel of new problems that arise with the software/systems being supported;
  • Ensuring roadmaps are well-aligned with business strategies within each IMS business.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work with measurements and math;
  • Ability to follow work instructions and read mechanical drawings;
  • May be required to maintain a DOT physical examination certification;
  • Work closely with suppliers to focus on continual improvement and resolve quality issues on site;
  • Responsible for all management aspects, including profit and loss, of the Customer Support Services;
  • Ability to display tact, discretion and diplomacy when interacting with employees and management at all levels within the company;
  • Expertise in manufacturing concepts and be able to prioritize multiple projects;
  • Skills in human relations techniques, both internally within division, company, and externally with customers;
  • 8+ years in DoD Manufacturing Management with in-depth knowledge and understanding of Manufacturing Methods and Production Planning;
  • Hands on experience with Earned Value Management;
  • Work is performed in an office environment. Much of the time is spent at a desk; and some walking to designated areas throughout the facility;
  • This position requires perspective candidate to work a 9/80 schedule with the ability to flex overtime, weekend, holiday and/or second shift work;
  • Associate’s degree (A. A.) desired from two-year college or technical school or military service experience;
  • Must have advanced skills finding data and creating complex spreadsheets with Excel;
  • Six Sigma Certified Green or Black Belt.
