Our company is looking for a Inside Account Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and nurture business and technology decision makers;
  • Collaborate with outside sales on larger opportunities;
  • Build solid, meaningful, customer relationships to obtain true “trusted advisor” status;
  • Qualify inbound leads, conduct solution demos, prepare quotes, and close sales opportunities;
  • Identify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and qualification;
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly forecast goals;
  • Develop consultative approach including discovery, solution selling, and connecting the dots to solutions;
  • Work with existing accounts on expansion / up-sell opportunities;
  • Drive and document sales activities through HubSpot and NetSuite;
  • Conduct targeted prospecting and qualification;
  • Cultivation and development of focus vendor partner relationships through business planning and strategic account development planning;
  • Identify and collaborate with internal resources needed to close sales;
  • Maintain accurate information in a CRM and building, managing and forecasting your sales pipeline;
  • Generating customer leads while overseeing existing accounts;
  • Prospecting into target accounts.

Requirements:

  • Comfort working in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment;
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate well with other team members that are remote;
  • Mac experience preferred;
  • Adheres to the highest moral, ethical and legal standards to deliver an environment that promotes respect, innovation and creativity;
  • Ability to balance areas of responsibility across multiple territories;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Experience selling into accounts based in Latin America (Preferred);
  • Fluency in Spanish language required;
  • 2+ years experience in enterprise SaaS or technology sales; successful BDR’s looking to transition to an inside sales position will also be considered;
  • 3+ years’ Wholesale and Correspondent lending;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a true team player;
  • Conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure;
  • Self-confident communicator comfortable speaking with executive management; can express ideas in persuasive emails and other written communications;
  • Basic knowledge and understanding or residential real estate lending;
  • Product & pricing knowledge, marketing ability.
