Our company is looking for a Inside Sales Account Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Capturing of accurate and complete information in accounting software;
  • Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects;
  • Build relationships/partnerships through networking;
  • Interact with, answer questions, and provide direction for clients in the workshops (approximately 6-10 workshops/quarter);
  • Handle all client issues with poise and grace;
  • Travel to other workshop cities in North America on occasion (up to eight one-week trips per calendar year);
  • Reach and exceed aggressive KPIs consisting of outbound phone calls, emails, and pitches;
  • Use analytical skills to understand the customer, their business and technology issues and needs;
  • Leverage the Dynatrace team to conduct discovery, qualify need and prove the value of our SaaS-based solutions to address those needs;
  • Consult with clients on enhancing their applications and recommend SmartBear software that best meet their objectives;
  • Effectively work with existing customers to extend their Dynatrace footprint;
  • Institutionalize SmartBear’s software solutions as part of customers’ software development processes;
  • Meet or exceed individual sales target established for assigned region;
  • Exceed daily activity metrics to ensure a robust sales pipeline;
  • CRM utilization and accurate pipeline management.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook;
  • Sales management experience a plus;
  • Proven success of increasing sales in a competitive marketplace;
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales position;
  • Relevant training in inside sales;
  • Must be honest, assertive, loyal and systematic;
  • Effective telephone presentation skills;
  • BS degree in Marketing or Business Administration is required;
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls);
  • Basic understanding of fundamentals of online advertising processes and technology;
  • Track record of success in closing new business and exceeding sales’ target;
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced technology environment, with a constant sense of urgency;
  • Passion, Drive, Curiosity and Coachability;
  • Tenacity, drive to learn, and self-motivated;
  • Bachelor’s degree.
