Our company is looking for a Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop account strategy that will maximize the amount of advertiser spend with Quantcast;
  • Includes out-bounding calls to drive new business acquisition with established and new customers;
  • You will act as the main point of contact for servicing clients, resolving client issues in a timely manner;
  • Focused on building relationships and becoming a trusted technology advisor to our customers;
  • Ensure agreed upon deal is successful by consulting with clients on their business objectives and providing product solutions to meet objectives;
  • Escalate pricing and/or customer retention issues to VP of Sales to retain business as needed;
  • Utilizes strategic probing to identify, evaluate, and recommend alternative business solutions;
  • Ability to work independently, be highly organized and exhibit superior communication skills required;
  • Involved in contract negotiation and possesses strong financial/business and pricing knowledge;
  • Expand new item sales;
  • Execute price increases and decreases for customers;
  • Foster a good customer relationship to retain business and open up cross-sell or up-sell avenues;
  • Provide great customer service, including managing returns;
  • Host customer facing meetings & events (i.e. vendor shows, seminars etc.); be able to travel for quarterly customer visits;
  • Execute equipment agreements.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to learn new methods, procedures, techniques;
  • Knowledge of applicable Dell technology, products, and services and is able to identify how these products and services align to customer needs;
  • 2-4 years of media experience;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written skills;
  • Deep understanding of programmatic, attribution, and the overall digital advertising landscape;
  • Effectively use software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, & peripherals;
  • 2+ years of sales/customer service experience, account management experience a plus;
  • Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in small, collaborative teams with minimal supervision;
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required;
  • Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to present products to others;
  • Certifications: n/a;
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service or Sales related role is preferred. Will train the right person;
