Our company is looking for a Internal Communications Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Other communication/administration duties/projects as assigned;
  • Community manager for CX Manager internal portal, called SAP Jam;
  • Channel your inner reporter to share great stories from CX Presales to share globally;
  • Compile the monthly newsletter;
  • Create compelling and effective graphic designs and marketing collateral, including posters, digital signage and event branding;
  • Manage social channels for Global VP.

Requirements:

  • Past experience in the tech industry is an asset;
  • Bachelor’s degree (or pursuit of) in Communications, English, Marketing or equivalent;
  • This role is best suited to someone in their second co-op term or beyond;
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Word skills;
  • Manage the company’s Intranet in terms of content creation, management and curating what will be most interesting to colleagues;
  • Excited about graphic design and experience with Adobe Illustrator (or similar). Photoshop, InDesign and Premier experience is a strong asset;
  • Create and manage emails in Marketing Cloud working with people throughout the business, both regionally and globally;
  • Analyzes distribution metrics to measure communication effectiveness;
  • Understands how to message across different lines of business and cultural boundaries as well as those with imperfect English;
  • Writes, edits, and proofreads employee communications, newsletters, and informational materials for internal distribution;
  • Understand and can implement change management/communications initiatives;
  • Able to turn ideas and concepts into visually relevant and effective material;
  • Give advice and guidance on channels and approaches to business areas looking to communicate with colleagues;
  • Business writing skills aimed at employees;
  • Excellent communication skills including: Fluency in both oral and written English and French (optional).
