Our company is looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Forecast business by program/project at the Key Account(s) including sustaining business as well as NPI programs;
  • Manage Quarterly Business Reviews, Capacity Planning meetings, weekly production calls and other customer meetings as required;
  • Understand roles, personalities, responsibilities and interactions at all levels of customer’s organization, create and maintain an account profile;
  • Enforces company standards, policies and procedures;
  • Manages all due dates and expectation;
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and create strong advocates for Head Rush product;
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with all managed market segments of the business;
  • Negotiates special programs to drive volume and/or share;
  • Evaluate key program effectiveness;
  • Manage territory of the top accounts;
  • Work with the Legal Department to assist with the negotiation of contracts;
  • Some travel required;
  • Manage promotions and brand opportunities;
  • May be involved in specific customer projects as assigned by sales management;
  • Observe and enforce company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Med-Tech industry experience a plus;
  • Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent education;
  • Experience in a contract manufacturing environment;
  • Aware of competitive positions and threats within accounts;
  • Experienced with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and the ability to support urgent NPI requirements in a professional manner;
  • Consistently deliver prescribed outcomes in a timely and accurate manner with appropriate guidance;
  • Apply existing processes and procedures to solve problems and may receive guidance for problems that are non-routine;
  • Highly self-motivated;
  • Local candidates preferred (no relocation package);
  • Experience or understanding of production planning with contract manufacturing environment preferred;
  • Strong outbound sales and training abilities;
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new methods, procedures, techniques;
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; must be able to think critically about both client’s needs and internal solutions;
  • Ability to determine and influence client’s strategy and develops long-term objectives;
  • Demonstrated high level ability to analyze information and making data-based recommendations.
