Our company is looking for a Lifestyle Director to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the safe loading, unloading, seating, and transporting of residents onto and off community vehicles and drive residents as needed;
  • Create and submit a monthly calendar of events for review and printing;
  • Oversee scheduling of transportation for recreational and medical outings;
  • conduct survey of residents to determine what Lifestyle are of interest to them;
  • Survey residents to determine their satisfaction levels with programs and services provided and make corrections as necessary;
  • Develop and train volunteers who are in the community to assist with Lifestyle programs or special events;
  • Create an environment in the community that promotes residents and families’ participation in the provided Lifestyle including;
  • Evaluate transportation program on a regular basis to ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Create and submit a monthly newsletter for residents, staff, and families;
  • Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and supervise department staff in accordance with all company policies, procedures, and core values;
  • Coordinate with other associates the planning, execution, and attending special functions, such as holidays and celebratory events;
  • Create and maintain social media under the umbrella of Clearwater’s Home Office;

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of management experience;
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field; Master’s degree preferred;
  • Knowledge of development and administration of youth and adult programs;
  • Minimum of two years of experience supervising community-based programs and experience developing programs;
  • Excellent hospitality, interpersonal and communications skills;
  • Knowledge of: AS400, budgeting, public policy, trainer, CPR/First Aid, a plus.
