Our company is looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Director’s schedule and travel;
  • Manage office equipment and supplies, postage, fed ex and shipments and couriers, run erands;
  • Manage the digital presence of the studio including social media (Instagram, Facebook etc, email campaigns and website management;
  • Manage and maintain a refined digital filing system for all studio data and archives;
  • Create and manage content and timelines for marketing campaigns;
  • Coordinate and collaborate with OCALI’s Social Media specialist;
  • Serve as the liaison between OCALI and its communications consultants;
  • Oversee OCALI’s email lists and campaigns, including our monthly newsletter;
  • Develop a cohesive organizational marketing plan which combines the vast scope of products and services offered;
  • Collaborate with OCALI Centers and project staff to develop and implement OCALI’s organizational and project-level marketing;
  • Analyze effectiveness and develop new strategies for external and internal communication;
  • Provide basic graphic design support to marketing materials and print products;
  • Other duties may be reasonably required from time and time;
  • Ensure efficiency and decreased redundancy of project level marketing.

Requirements:

  • Requires an understanding of and commitment to quality healthcare and excellent customer service;
  • Comfortable and knowledgeable with preparing communications relating to sexual and reproductive health;
  • Ability to exercise initiative, sound judgment, and problem-solving techniques in the decision-making process;
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite;
  • Possess effective analytical skills;
  • Be discrete and safe guard confidential information;
  • Must be able to travel within and outside organization region as job dictates;
  • Ability to effectively use organization’s computer systems;
  • Ability to provide oversight of compliance and regulatory requirements pertaining to position;
  • Integrity: Builds trust and matches actions and words;
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends;
  • Quick learner, (ideally marketing experience in a similar position in the AE industry);
  • Bachelor’s Degree (ideally design/architecture field);
  • Currently residing in the Los Angeles area, preferably west side;
  • Excellent graphic design and layout skills (strong design sensibility).
