Our company is looking for a Marketing Generalist to join our team.


  • Manage a library of company images for internal and external use;
  • Design and manage the company website and content within the site;
  • Attend and participate in bi-weekly L-10 meetings;
  • Communicate and cultivate the Core Values of Oxygen Service Company internally and externally;
  • Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content;
  • Conduct marketing research to prospective audiences and create content that will attract and interest them;
  • Develop communication tools under the direction of the Sales Management;
  • Establish and use analytics to understand the success of our marketing activities with customers and potential customers;
  • Manage and complete long term design projects as well as all day-to-day e-commerce;
  • Maintain OSC’s brand and visual identity consistently across all areas and key materials;
  • Perform a variety of special projects as assigned by supervisor.

  • Self-motivated with a learning attitude and a sense of urgency;
  • Minimum 5 years marketing experience;
  • Desire to work within a start-up environment, contributing to developing business infrastructure and aggressively scaling a high-growth business;
  • Strong writing and editing skills; ability to distill complex and technical topics into concise communication;
  • Appreciation for others’ views; ability to exert influence and earn stakeholder confidence quickly;
  • Commercial awareness combined with a creative mind;
  • A never-ending desire to grow and learn as a marketer;
  • Ability to cut through details to appropriately make tradeoffs, prioritize work and execute;
  • Self-motivated, versatile, and ability to work independently;
  • Good understanding of all social media platforms;
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Acute Vision, Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP Software;
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
