Our company is looking for a Marketing Lead to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish working project plans and calendars for development of communications associated with new promotions/products;
  • Continuous optimization of the customer journey and funnel;
  • Collaborate with our internal design and development team on content creation;
  • Managing our websites;
  • Consistently look for opportunities to grow their business online;
  • Cross functionally work with internal and external creative departments, operations and analytics to implement communication initiatives;
  • Pro-actively improving our marketing (automation) to facilitate a growth in leads;
  • Develop performance evaluation metrics across marketing programs to determine viability of campaigns;
  • Evaluate campaigns and advise the marketingteam on optimization of channels;
  • Formulate and execute campaigns;
  • Strategize the i3D.net/Smartdc brand and implement brand strategy company-wide;
  • Creating sales and marketing collateral: Product sheets, presentations, (technical) whitepapers, video’s etc.;
  • Keep up to date with client competitors and industry updates;
  • Translate objectives into measurable campaigns using various channels;
  • Excel in communication brand, vision, and objectives through social media.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional knowledge of and control over the written English language;
  • Foundational understanding of ancillary technologies: Data Management Platforms, Audience Systems, Reporting Dashboards (Datarama, Tableau);
  • Experience and comfort working in a dynamic, and at times ambiguous, environment;
  • Broad experience with all aspects of marketing operations and process for consumer and/or enterprise hardware;

  • A working sense of clean design and general visual aesthetics;
  • Proficient in Word and Excel;
  • Accuracy/attention to detail;
  • Understanding of important metrics used to track campaign success;
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing and/or advertising in a professional setting;
  • Ability to train and delegate effectively;
  • Ability to effectively work with and motivate the team;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Ability to give clear directions and set expectations for staff.
