Our company is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute advertising campaigns (using Terminus and other tools);
  • Own analytics, reporting, and data integration for the sales/marketing team;
  • Implement email marketing programs;
  • Manage CRM and marketing automation integration;
  • Coordinate landing page testing;
  • Manage paid search campaigns (Adwords, Bing, Capterra, LinkedIn, etc);
  • Drive the testing and optimization of paid channels, keywords, and messages;
  • Own the data architecture and data synchronization between Marketo and Salesforce to ensure data is accurate and up to date;
  • Maintain existing marketing technology and integrate new tools and processes to drive optimization and automation;
  • Create behavioral and demographic segmentation programs to support automated nurture, ABM, and lead scoring initiatives;
  • Provide digital marketing reports across multiple platforms;
  • Manage B2B marketing programs in Marketo for email campaigns (including A/B testing), events, nurture streams, webinars, and operational programs;
  • Maintain marketing database segmentation to ensure any communications delivered are relevant to the personae receiving them;
  • Manage search presence and work to improve organic search traffic via search engine optimization;
  • Work with our marketing and sales teams to become an expert on the company’s lead funnel – from web visitor to customer and everything in between.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree;

  • Candidate must be energetic, organized, and extremely proactive;
  • Drives internal processes and is committed to executing jobs from job inception through completion;
  • Deep understanding of integrated marketing and communications strategies and how they come together to provide measurable results;
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task while paying close attention to detail;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment;
  • Project management skills working environments in highly matrix organizations;
  • Experience with Google platform (Analytics, Adwords, Optimize, Tag Manager);
  • Ability to pick up new technologies and tackle challenges quickly;
  • Ability to problem solve/troubleshoot operational issues;
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or comparable education/experience;
  • Recent, hands-on experience with marketing automation, email marketing, and social media platforms;
  • Experience with LinkedIn Advertising;
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B marketing.
