Our company is looking for a Marketing/Proposal Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on special marketing projects as needed;
  • Other related duties as may be assigned;
  • Write and revise marketing collateral;
  • Prepare qualification packages, letters of interest, proposals, and presentations in coordination with market sector leaders and project managers;
  • Write and distribute press releases to media outlets;
  • Maintain records in the Deltek Vision database.

Requirements:

  • Self-starter;
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong interpersonal abilities for managing interactions with individuals at all levels inside Cummings Electrical;
  • Online pre-qualification systems;
  • Pdf editing software;
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign;
  • Strong proofreading, formatting, writing, and editing skills;
  • Excellent problem solving skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Salesforce or other CRM experience a plus;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
  • Organized, efficient and detail-oriented;
  • Demonstrated employment stability;
  • Ability to work with ambiguity, works well under pressure and anticipates next steps;
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field.
