Media Sales Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Media Sales Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- You will work with sales planning & SDR teams to build a pipeline, lead generation, and customized proposals;
- Build a large pipeline of leads to increase RFPs and IOs;
- Create relationships with brand and performance-focused agency contacts and explain the power of Taboola’s native, choice-based advertising platform;
- Manage a robust pipeline and forecast new business closure rate and revenue booked;
- Exposure to Product and R&D teams to help dictate where resources are allocated.
Requirements:
- Organizationally-savvy: Ability to collaborate with stakeholders up and down the organization;
- Collect business intelligence and monitor/identify trends in data and in generated reports;
- Experience meeting goals, driving new business, and navigating organizational hierarchies;
- Requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, some travel may be necessary;
- Experience working with marketing decision makers in companies and agencies;
- Ability to multi-task with strong time and project management skills and financial business acumen skills;
- Performance marketing experience or brand advertising experience;
- High digital sales acumen required; Media Industry knowledge preferred;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business with 5+ years’ sales experience and/or equivalent experience managing a sales team required.
