Our company is looking for a Medical Office Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Promoting excellent customer service by all levels of the staff;
- Must have excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills;
- Initiate growth and marketing efforts;
- Implements, and maintains office policies and procedure;
- Responsible for the financial performance of the revenue cycle;
- Day to day operations in a medical office environment;

- Handle all new patient paperwork including bill insurance companies,
- Communication : Informs the Health and Healing Director of any unresolved incidents or issues that occurred during the shift;
- Greeting patients at the front desk;

- Perform all other office functions: data entry, copying, scanning, filing, etc;

- Excellent analytical skills, organized, high level of attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills;
- Able to handle sensitive patients information with confidentiality;
- Positive attitude, outgoing, self-motivated;
- Accounts Receivable/Payable;
- Billing;
- Scheduling;
- 2 years experience in a healthcare practice;
- Experience in community relations, customer service and social media marketing preferred;
- EMR;
- Payroll;
- Ability to effectively interact with physicians, patients and other staff members;
- Strong Leadership skills;
- Managed care experience desired;
- Strong Microsoft Office Software preferably Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook;
- EMR Knowledge. Eclinicalworks preferred.
