Our company is looking for a Medical Science Liaison to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively contribute to the MSL portion of our lead product candidate’s Launch Readiness Plan;
  • Function as the primary contact for investigators interested in developing and conducting physician-initiated clinical studies;
  • Represent Neurelis at local, regional and national conferences and lead special project teams, as assigned;
  • Engage in clinical trial site selection for Neurelis pipeline development programs in collaboration with a CRO;
  • Provide internal stakeholders with feedback and insights from interactions and discussions with HCPs;
  • Lead the planning and execution of subject matter expert meetings/advisory boards;
  • Provide educational meeting support at scientific congresses;
  • Facilitation of investigator-initiated trials (ISTs);
  • Deliver approved medical/scientific presentations to internal & external stakeholders;
  • Support medical/scientific training of cross functional teams;
  • Establish and maintain scientific relationships with national, regional, and local opinion leaders in addition to other healthcare providers;
  • Collaborate with cross functional partners on internal projects and external initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience demonstrating effective and compliant relationships in the MSL role is strongly preferred;
  • Prior experience with healthcare economics and the market access environment (e.g., P&T Committees, Dossiers) is favorable;
  • Advanced degree in the life sciences (e.g., PharmD, PhD, MD);
  • Functional understanding of the rules, regulations and procedures that govern Clinical Development and Medical Affairs;
  • Minimum of 5 years in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry;
  • Strong tactical execution skills which include strategic prioritization of activity within a defined territory;
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively and cross-functionally, within a rapidly developing and team-oriented environment;
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment;
  • Oncology /Hematology experience;
  • Master’s Degree or higher in a relevant health professions / sciences or related field (completed and verified prior to start);
  • Demonstrated self-starter and team player with strong interpersonal skills;
