Our company is looking for a Membership Director to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee execution of member appreciation events/activities;
  • Develops, through use of a template, a weekly, monthly and yearly group sales report outlining key financial and guest types;
  • Answer inquiries related to sales, memberships, membership events, corporate membership, etc;
  • Ensure that all membership sales policies are being followed;
  • Manage membership sales team: track monthly goals, provide onsite on-the-spot management (support, encouragement and real-time feedback);
  • Adheres to policies of the facility and WTS International;
  • Manage and grow existing relationships with partners to maximize value on all sides;
  • Implement strategic planning, forecasting and ongoing development of sales team;
  • Hire and onboard new sales staff;
  • Identify, develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies;
  • Lead and drive partnership strategies;
  • Create schedule for sales team, fill in as needed;
  • Create monthly financial reports for upper management to track progress toward annual budget;
  • Partner with other senior leaders at Asphalt Green as needed to ensure a seamless membership experience;
  • Show leadership in de-escalating and resolving issues. Escalate issues as needed.

  • Must be comfortable with product recommendation;
  • Proven track record of exceeding multimillion dollar Sales Targets;
  • This position required the ability to stand, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, walk, talk and hear;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and use of social media for marketing outreach;
  • Enthusiastic, energetic and personable;
  • Passionate, intelligent, and knowledgeable regarding the fitness industry;
  • 5+ years’ management experience overseeing a sales team;
  • Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a large multi-amenity facility.
