Our company is looking for a National Account Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Track and measure daily activity and forecast metrics utilizing Salesforce;
  • Understand prospects & customers business needs and effectively communicate how Zenreach can solve them;
  • Run and own full sales cycle from prospecting net new to negotiating terms and pricing, to closing qualified opportunities;
  • Generate revenue by selling, managing, developing, and growing a base of mid-market accounts;
  • Ability to hit performance targets and KPI’s;
  • Prospecting and closing accounts within Specified Verticals;
  • Managing current and new relationships;
  • Setting up new accounts (discovery calls, demos/presentations, agreements, pricing exhibits);
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to meet customer goals and assist with contract management and implementations;
  • Responsible for making an adequate amount of targeted “strategic” warm calls on a daily basis;
  • Following up with prospects and their top clients;
  • Meeting with Sales Manager on a weekly basis to discuss current opportunities, strategies & obstacles;
  • Sell and procure promotion sponsorship from Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) manufacturers;
  • Accurately forecast current business, prospect opportunities and client funding levels.

Requirements:

  • Experience in territory planning, prospecting, relationship development, pricing, delivery, negotiations, and closing;
  • Have a Hunter mentality: meeting and exceeding quotas;
  • Self-starter with a measurable ability to multi-task and adapt to changing situations;
  • Metrics driven individual with track record of achieving and consistently exceeding sales quotas and goals;
  • Investigates product/service warranty claims to ensure resolution within marketing policies;
  • Demonstrates products or services and provides assistance in the best application of product or services;
  • Interprets accounts, trends and records to management;
  • Analyzes records of present and past sales, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred;
  • Answers all questions concerning a product or service, with appropriate coordination of sales, negotiations where required;
  • Estimates time and sales expenses expected and submits to management;
  • Participates in the development of annual sales and expense plans at the local level;
  • Recommends changes in products and service based on customer needs;
  • Monitors annual sales plan and expense plan and budget for each area in the country;
  • 2 year(s) of recent Med Surg RN experience required Recent Neuro/Neuro Surgery M/S unit experience required;
  • PA RN License.
